I believe that Ripple should be the one to force settle to SEC. Why, because it's not within the SEC boundaries to give clarity to crytocurrency market. Even the court cannot give clarity to Ripple whether it's a security or not. It's all up to Congress to give clarity and guidance to the cryptocurrency market place.

Yes in August it will probably then next year March 2023 and another extentioon to Ocktober 2023 and another extension for 2024. This will never be resolved.
