Honestly it reads like a load of protectionism, as expected. Consumer and Investor Protection? Read: more hurdles for retail users. Financial Stability? Read: protect the dollar from competition so we can keep deflating its value on our own terms. Illicit Finance? Read: Hostility towards privacy and any crypto supporting it. US Leadership? Well, for starters you could have accomplished that by keeping the SEC on a leash. Financial Inclusion? Crypto does that quite well without your intervention, thank you. Responsible Innovation? The market will judge what is responsible or innovative better than bank-owned politicians.
The Crypto market is only screaming for "clarity" from the Feds because it would rather have some weak, self-imposed boundaries on how much the US govt will deliberately try to screw things up, than no promise at all. But we shouldn't be under any illusion that these people have suddenly seen the light.
I hope the hypocrites at SEC read the EO, lick their wounds & immediately withdraw from their I’ll-informed case against Ripple & XRP. It’s game over when the Biden Admin acknowledge both public & private Digital Assets.
Does anyone know what the Executive Order contains? Hopefully Biden is not the actual Bafoon!

I have what I think is a very stupid question, but I am going to ask it. Let's say the IMF or the US gov make xrp either a stable , or a "global" stable coin, which has been spoken of at least at the IMF. DigitalPerspectives went over a 2020 IMF document today about the global stable coin for reference. My question is; Would that limit the price of one xrp to the dollar or euro? Stupid question, but it's bugging me, mostly because I do not trust the government or the global banking cartel. Can you please help me understand this a bit more my friend? Thank you!!!

I have a nagging question… if XRP were to go up in value like some are predicting (3 digits) wouldn't that make it expensive to use, considering you burn a token every time you use the ledger? Honest question, NO FUD.
